From Tuesday 21st July 2015. Participants will meet online, 4:30 – 5:20pm in a ‘room’ where Kara will take them through the course. There will be opportunities to ask questions in each session.

The cost for the online course is $150 per person.

Early-Bird registration: $100 if paid by 1st July 2015.

Once you have registered and paid you will be invited each week to the course via a secret url.

This program is designed to give teens life-long mindfulness skills to:
– feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled
– get on better with others
– concentrate and learn better
– cope better with stress and anxiety
– perform better in music and sport.

This course can also be taught in schools – within the curriculum or as a co-curricular activity.

Face-to-face sessions run for 40 – 60 minutes.
