Mindful Kids and Teens CD – Guided Meditations

Guided meditations to support home practice of mindfulness, for kids and teens. The meditations are 5 – 10 minutes, so not a huge time investment, but regular practice will help to train your mind for stronger concentration; awareness of feelings and thoughts; ability to center and choose your response.
